Great place for family's to hang out

It's a good and safe place too take children play

Came for a birthday party. It was fun but very packed. Food was warm and the kids loved chucky.

I like the new games.

I was over charged by a few dollars. Trying to get it back was difficult. This one was smaller than other ones I've been to, less quality games. Also less tickets were given for each game than a few years back. So you have to use more coins to get less tickets. The pizza didn't taste as good as last time at a different Chuck e Cheese.

Prices are really high :-/

Our order was some how lost. It took over 40 minutes to get a medium 1 topping pizza. By the time we got it, there were 10 minutes til closing.

I do not like the card they have switched to they don't do tokens

The new cards they have instead of coins. I don't like that at all. Can't let a little kid run around and play without risking loosing all that money.

It took over an hour to get to pizzas to our table and the place was filthy. Plates all over the tables no attention to the machines that where not giving out tickets anymore and when chuckyecheese came out he wasn't friendly one bit. Not happy at all. It's nothing like it once was.
