Salad bar wasn't kept up and filled. Everything else was good

Kids had fun, but was way to expensive. Wished they had better deals so we could afford to go back there again. Will be a while at those prices.

They need more gAmes

chuck e cheese scared all of the kids. all of the employees were great except for the young man behind the toy/prize counter. so rude and condescending.

very short staffed staff not friendly tables dirty drink bar and floor sticky games hardly working overall very disappointed

Dirty and food took long

Waited long time for pizza, and it was that clean

It was awful! The carpet or something smelled soured or mildewed. The place was overflowing with thugs!!! There was no supervision. Unattended roguish kids were pilfering and stealing. A child in our group first had her tokens physical taken from her by a bigger boy! Then the same child laid her tickets down to help another child pick up her dropped tokens and another little thief stole all her tickets. I left with kids crying and we all felt as though we had been looted and abused. We will not go back!
