Great birthday party!

We came in with a gift card to let our toddler play. There are machines that you can buy tokens from, but they don't provide info on how much a gift card balance has. We went to the counter to ask how much was on the gift card and expected they would also give us tokens. However, they just handed us a receipt with the balance and told us to use the machine. Unfortunately, the machine doesn't work with a gift card so we had to go back to the counter. I feel the staff should be more knowledgeable and helpful if there is an opportunity to provide something to a guest rather than send them away.

1st time ever going to Chuck's wanted more stuff for my 2 year old

The manager at the door was dismissive and rude, but the party host and game attendant were very nice and helpful.

Nice environment but needs more games for a better experience and less wait time

The music was way too loud.

Goood and hot when served.
