We had so much fun. This place was clean, we didn't seem to have any prob with the games.

Our family had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was alright. There was a strange odor in around our table. I don't know if that was other people around us or the facility.

Clean location. But staff not that friendly. Iced tea was terrible.

Good place for kids, some rides were broke.

Some of the machines didn't work properly, didn't give out tickets correctly, and didn't give out the right amount.

Vouching for healthier menu options. Also, some of the games were not available due to floor plan being small.

Party planner wasn't that great but management added a couple extra items to party to make us happy

Very long wait for pizza, even though not many people there. A few games were broke or not functioning properly. Disappointed that this location replaced the toddler area with bumper cars, which my son was too short to reach the peddles.

Waited in line for 10 minutes. Ordered a GF pizza, waited 20 minutes, a worker came out and said they didn't have any more. After arguing for 2 minutes about getting my money back, the worker said they'd be back with the cash. Waited another 10 minutes. I had to go back to the register, wait another 10 minutes to get a refund, which the manager had to process. Which took another 5 minutes for the manager to show up. Approximately 25% of the machines didn't work. What a waste.
