We always stop at the Flying J when traveling along this route for potty break & today I needed an energy drink as well! Today being Thanksgiving, I can understand the staffing being lower than usual & customers higher than usual... But the bathroom was gross, the two registers were waaaaay backed up, heard customers saying that both ice machines out front were frozen over, finally a manager came & opened an extra register. He was very cheerful, pleasant, friendly, & super nice!
