Very friendly staff. Very nice atmosphere in store - attractive setup of merchandise, bird sounds in store make me feel like I'm outdoors, running video of wild bird feeding area at Cornell Ornithology in store, fun to walk around and "windowshop" interesting and varied merchandise to fit many situations and interested. Always enjoy going there!

Always a source for knowledge and advice on local conditions as well as excellent merchandise. I have been concerned about reduced rates of bird feeding and in discussion at the store found I was not alone, explained why, and I felt relieved. Priceless.
